What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept:
  • Online payment by credit or debit card via PayPal
  • Cheques
  • Postal order
Do I need a PayPal account to buy from your website?

No, after you have placed your order you will be given an order confirmation number and will be asked to proceed to PayPal for payment. You will be redirected to PayPal's secure site where you can either log into your PayPal account or choose to proceed using a credit card without a PayPal account.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery charges are calculated on the weight of the items in your shopping basket, see our delivery page for a table showing weights and delivery charges.

How are deliveries sent?

All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail standard 1st class or Parcelforce with the option to upgrade to next day delivery.

If I live locally is it possible to make alternative delivery/collection arrangements?

Yes, if you or the recipient of your gift live in the Huddersfield area then please contact us before you make your purchase and it may be possible to make alternate arrangements.
How can I contact you?

How will my gift basket arrive?

Your gift basket will be beautifully presented in a cotton lined wicker basket, wrapped in cellophane and placed in a double thickness cardboard box for extra protection.

I want a new baby gift basket but the new mother is still in hospital, can I have it delivered there?

Unfortunately no. Parcels delivered to hospitals generally get left in a distribution room for a few days and by the time they make it up to the wards the new mother may have already left. You can have the gift delivered to the new parents home (if someone will be there to take delivery), your home, or to your work place. Alternatively, you can contact us immediately after you have placed your order and advise us as to when you would like the gift to be dispatched.

Can I have a gift basket/gift delivered to a BFPO address?

Yes you can. Just put the delivery address in as normal and put the BFPO number in the postcode box. Items will be sent using Royal Mail HM Forces Airmail or Parcelforce and delivery times can be up to 2 weeks.
